The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that. I booked two rooms, and i did not like one of them. They transferred me to a room with a balcony without any argument.
The decor and furniture all need modernisation. There weren't many healthy options for breakfast. It was mainly cakes, pancakes and croissants. The hotel didn't have an iron.

the location was acceptable, close to the ctm bus station.
the cleanliness left much to be desired (i was surprised). the bathroom seemed scarcely cleaned and i felt uneasy using the shower. furthermore, the breakfast was subpar with unappetizing pizza and stale bread.

The breakfast included a good variety of options, and I found the food to be of fair quality. The staff were friendly and offered assistance when needed. The location proved convenient. It was close to the train station. I found the live music at the restaurant enjoyable, though it ended at a reasonable hour.
The pool was unfortunately not heated. The water felt very cold. The furniture looked somewhat outdated, and some pieces showed signs of wear. The room decor seemed a bit old-fashioned to me. It could use some updating.

the location was excellent. i was close to the main attractions and felt safe (it was really important to me!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. i especially enjoyed the mint tea every morning.
the bathroom could use a little updating, but it was still functional.
